Order cancellations are subject to specific conditions, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests. Customers can request order alterations or cancellations by contacting our customer service via email, with approval based on the order status.

Return Guidelines: In instances where merchandise needs to be returned, we issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number after confirmation of irreparable faults. Customers must clearly label the shipping boxes with the RMA Number without making any markings on the product package. Returns must include a copy of the original packing list enclosed with the shipment.
