You can conveniently track the shipping status of your order on our website under the ‘Track your Order’ section. Please be aware that all shipments, including gifts, will include an invoice stating the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners: We utilize reputed shipping partners such as FedEx and Aramex for most deliveries. For specific requests in remote locations, we may consider EMS Speed post, although adherence to these requests cannot be guaranteed. Some shipments may be subject to verification by the post office before acceptance, and rejection may occur if the item is deemed prone to damage.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time: We endeavor to ship your order on the same day, with 99% of orders processed within 24 hours. Our shipping operations run from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. Shipments arranged through BlueDart before 4:00 PM will be collected on the same day; otherwise, collection will occur on the next business day.

While we strive for a delivery time frame of 2-5 days across India, please note that specific delivery times can be affected by the methodologies of different shipping companies and various transit locations, making exact delivery times unpredictable.
